Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Real Money Balance" refers to the portion of a Member's Account Balance derived from actual deposits and winnings, excluding bonus funds.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to credits awarded under a promotional offer that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any amount of funds staked by a Member on any game, sporting event, or other wagering opportunity available on the pp777 Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country or territory from which access to or use of the pp777 Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable international law or the Platform's internal compliance policies.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the pp777 Platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are satisfied and will remain satisfied for the duration of your membership:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older. pp777 does not permit persons under the age of 21 to register, access, or use the Platform under any circumstances. Age verification may be requested at any time.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming activity is not expressly prohibited under applicable local law. You accept sole and full responsibility for assessing the legality of your participation under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are acting on your own behalf and are not registering or operating an account on behalf of any third party.
• You do not hold an existing active pp777 account. pp777 permits one account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balance forfeited.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or close associate of pp777 or any of its affiliated game studio partners, payment providers, or technology vendors.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order on pp777 or any affiliated platform.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

Account Registration

To access the full range of pp777 services, you must complete the account registration process accurately and in full. The following conditions apply:

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address within Indonesia, email address, and Indonesian mobile phone number. pp777 relies on this information for KYC verification and financial transactions.

Account Security

• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. E-wallet deposits are typically credited within minutes of confirmed payment.
• Minimum Deposit: Rp 25.000 per transaction, unless a specific promotion specifies a higher minimum. Maximum deposit limits are subject to your account tier and verification status.

• All bonus offers are available exclusively to Members who have completed the minimum required account verification level at the time the bonus is claimed.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds credited to a Member's account are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as "rollover requirements") before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms. Standard wagering requirements on pp777 range from 5x to 30x the bonus amount.

Gaming Rules

Where reconstruction is not possible, the wager may be voided and the staked amount returned to the Member's account.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pp777 Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Engagement in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one pp777 account (including accounts in another person's name).
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection thresholds, or using the Platform to transfer funds of illicit origin.
• Using automated bots, scripting tools, artificial intelligence systems, or any other non-human means to place wagers, claim bonuses, or interact with the Platform.

Intellectual Property

• Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pp777 Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
• Reproducing, redistributing, publicly displaying, commercially exploiting, or creating derivative works from any pp777 content without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude pp777's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by pp777's gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

In all cases where pp777's liability is not excluded, pp777's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any one event or series of connected events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

pp777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct listed in Clause 8.
• Failure to satisfy or maintain eligibility requirements as set out in Clause 2.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring account closure or fund restraint.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering indicators, or other conduct that poses a legal, reputational, or financial risk to pp777.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any Bonus Balance and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real Money Balance will be returned to the Member's last verified deposit method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any pending compliance review.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their pp777 account may do so by contacting support at [email protected]. Voluntary account closures will be processed within 3 business days of the request, following settlement of any pending wagers.

Amendments to These Terms

pp777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The following process applies to material amendments:

• pp777 will publish any amended Terms & Conditions on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. For material changes that significantly affect Member rights or obligations, pp777 will endeavour to provide notice via the email address registered to the affected Member account at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.
• Your continued use of the pp777 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
• If you do not accept any amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure as described in Clause 12. Your Real Money Balance will be returned in full in such circumstances.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulatory principles and the terms of pp777's international operating licence.

• In the event of a dispute between a Member and pp777, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith direct negotiation via pp777's customer support channels.
• Disputes that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within 30 days may be submitted to binding arbitration under internationally accepted arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English.
• Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
